Our Staff

Clinton Lalla, P.E. started as an Engineer for R.W. Summers and now has over 21 years of engineering experience. He became Vice President in 2017 and has over 7 years of railroad contracting experience at R.W. Summers. With his knowledge in the railroad industry, he does contract bidding and estimating, oversees major track construction and maintenance projects, and is involved in all corporate land and equipment acquisitions.
